    Carsoft errors..

    Anyone know more about the error codes in Carsoft ? I get an error but no codes for the ABS and a whole list of errors for the Instrument Cluster but I have no clue as to what they are. My abs asr/bas lights are on..the brake switch did not cure the problem. Thanks for any help. Paul

    Rubbish MPG

    Not sure about the mpg, but looking at parkers car guide, your car is either 10 sec 0-60 if manual or 10.2 if auto. The Pug 206 1.6 Hdi 110 bhp is 9.5 0-60, so yeah, it should win. I think your merc should be quicker top end though..

    does anyone know if the ecu has an eprom that can be reflashed ? or does it have to be done via the diagnostics port ?? Ive got my hands on some c250 files, but they might be for the non turbo as I cant match any of the numbers up with my ecu...

    c250 td 0-60 +

    Ok guys, heres a quick video to show how its running currently. http://www.powsz.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/c250td.mp4 Still seems off the pace at about 11 seconds 0-60 but getting better.. I still think it should start pulling earlier in the rev range.. How does it compare to the other c250s out...

    whoops, oil everywhere :O

    Well, Ive cleaned it up, replaced the broken pipe and filled up with oil again. Luckily its all running as it was before the incident :) Anyhow, Im pretty much fed up with it and I think the best thing to do will be to sell it and get a nice example. Preferably a black sport with leather :D...

    c250 td slow to pull away..

    It is auto, and yes, I do mean kick down.. Ive already checked the s/w switch, and its working fine. Im tempted to change the MAP sensor to see if it might be the cause, but at over £50 I dunno if its worth the chance..

    In a continuing struggle to get my newly acquired c250 td running properly, I have today been changing the fuel pipes (nearly £40 from the stealer) and also the lines which connect between injectors. Anyhow, cutting a long story short, the breather pipe? which runs from the back of the rocker...
