It's a shame as I have really enjoyed my C350e and really wanted a E version but as it wasn't available I ordered a Volvo S90 T8 hybrid which I am collecting on Friday.

JBD All hybrid options have disappeared from the Merc website, C350e and E350e? Do you know what's occurring?

I did have a tuning chip fitted about a year ago, it wasn't as straight forward as the common rail diesel chips that just plug in I'd used before so had it installed by Tdi-Tuning.co.uk Although they advertised the kit as a quick install plug and play without a lot of technical knowledge...

I've not noticed any difference with economy, 80% of the time I drive it in eco or comfort anyway. Cost was £320. I had Tdi fit it as it's a lot more complicated to fit than a diesel system which would just plug into the common rail.

I had mine chipped sometime ago by TDI Tuning. I can remove it when it goes in to the Stealer and definitely can tell the difference. TDI reckon that it increases performance to 330 BHP I think from memory, from the resulting extra kick in the pants I wouldn't dispute it but of course...

Yes I noticed a difference when in eco mode on the motorway, I've not tried it in Sports + and lets face it it's insanely fast without anyway in that mode. Definitely could feel the difference when relying just on engine performance. Will drive it for a couple of days without the chip in...

You can also scroll through music tracks or radio stations by pressing the middle button at the back of the useless touch pad, this will show a little menu no matter what screen you are in. You can use the wheel to scroll though tracks etc then.

Clearly Halesowen is the in place to be! Have taken some photos of my chip installation and will post when I can work out how to do it :) Performance is much stronger. Will take the chip off over the weekend to see how much difference there is, it's pretty quick normally anyway as we know.
