    A detailed Ferrari 360

The only credit I can take is for making the bacon rolls at lunchtime. My favourite Detailers, Dave and Bryan were back at mine to do their polishy thing on the Ferrari. An early 8am start and 7pm finish.... non stop Fantastic job, much impressed. Some of the Arty pics of the...

A ditherer returns to the fold

Not really posted much recently and it's not because I have been out enjoying my CLK 320 Cabrio but rather because it has sat at the back of the garage with a cover on it for the past few months whilst I drove around in other cars and hummmed and dithered about selling it. I am fortunate...

One of these "Whats My Car Worth" threads

Sold for £10,000 to the Very Tall Gentleman at the back of the room. Congratulations on you purchase Sir, may I just take your details please :p Thanks for the advice so far. The consensus seems to be somewhere between 10k and 6k at the moment. Any more thoughts? I am not looking to use it...

I...

Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI Tommi Makinen

I got a new toy in November and so the CLK has been "resting", and I have been "lurking" for a few months. Always fancied one of these and stumbled over a mint, 1 owner, uk car with subtle engine, induction and remap modifications to take it up to 360 BHP. It really is a rapid way of getting...

How bored are you of your car?

A man after my own heart!! :) I get polite nods when in the CLK Cabrio, appreciative smiles in the F355, open mouthed jaw drops in the s1 Exige, thumbs up in the Elise 111R, high fives from the boyracers in the EVO VI TME and ignored in the MINI cooper. Never get bored tho :o

    Your ultimate realistic dream car

For me it would be a Lamborghini Diablo. When?? who knows.... :)

    I'm selling my CLK

Not too sure I would be overly bothered by the differences in suspension. The lack of roof gives the car a fair degree of scuttle shake which is fairly noticeable anyhow when the car is being driven with any degree of gusto. My preference was for the Avantgarde interior and that was the deciding...

    Exhaust problem. Clk 320

Just resurrecting this post for an update: My CLK had its MOT today and passed the emissions test with no issues so obviously confirms that removal of the 2 cats is an option for anyone in the same situation. The deeper exhaust growl is pretty cool too :) Jim

    Getting married!

Congrats to you both. Have a fantastic day and enjoy it :) I got hitched last month on a beach in Mauritius. Life is good.

    New poster, (new)CLK convertible convert

My CLK Convertible didn't come with a wind deflector so I have nothing to compare things with, but it seems perfectly fine for me without one :)

Recession - Are we going to have one or not then??

My opinion also. Additionally it is an odd phenomenon that the financial markets are so adept at Gearing and Leveraging their investments in order to make money by "things" going up (or down) that a lot of the doom and gloom from the financial sector appears more magnified than it might really...
