    Huge increase to service plan cost

    I spoke to Vertu and apparently they have previously raised the price increase with Mercedes direct and they've just said that is the price... almost £1k per service with the plan, a joke.

    Looking on the service plan website a c63 is more expensive to service (£82 per month) over 2 years than an AMG GTR or G63. Surely that can't be correct...

    2019 c63s differential oil change?

    My car has done 14k miles since the last rear diff oil change 3 years ago. What's the view on whether I should change it again at the next service next month or leave for another year? I'll probably only do 4-5k miles in 12 months.

    Common issue. If you're keen on buying the care make sure the overdue items such transmission oil and spark plugs are done as part of the deal as these are costly items to pay for yourself at a main dealer.

    AMG warranties

    As far as I'm aware any approved used AMG comes with a 2 year warranty, albeit it's not as comprehensive as the original manufacturer's warranty.

    Terrible situation and I really feel for you. As per the above there can't be any harm in contacting AMG in Affalterbach direct or via the private lounge? If it is a known issue or becoming a wider problem there may be some assistance or AMG may want to review the findings...

    I had a similar issue, however MB paid for the extras to be done. Ultimately the additional items shouldn't be optional.
