Hello I bought this 4 system scanner autel eu702, and today when i plugged that in, in my car is suddenly shows white screen. I cant connect the device to a pc(it wont recognise usb) and wont neither start up with battery. I used last time, in my w211 e270 please help?

no it doesent feel lose. and its pull also back again(latch) so no spring is broken i think so
