Well i havent owned this car for so long,i bought it CAT D , don't know much about its history,i know it had all the injectors replaced at 120k ,done by the dealership,water pump replaced,and that's about all i know. I don't want smooth,when i do a kickdown i want the full power right away. Anyway i still got access to my old clk since i sold it to a friend,so i will borrow it for a few hours,and do a test drive with a 320 aswell,so i can decide.

Both the CLKs and the bmw were automatics,and i am looking to get an auto this time aswell

Thanks for your answer,i have been asking myself the same question. I got the picture with the oil leak and etc,showed it to my mechanic and he is 90% certain that its not something bad .So i will take a shot.

A little update,i called the traders,they told me the oil "leak "is just from the lid from where you put the oil in ,can that cause big problems?
