Can you not just turn the key off with a double click?

Sounds like the ancillary drive belt has gone but then I'd expect it to overheat if the water pump isn't running.

Mine did the same thing a couple of days ago. It said the car had had an OTA update to the comms module. Everything has returned to normal now.

The double tap only acts on the key itself. It can't turn another key on.

It could be some road or section of road is marked not for vehicles in the map data. I think the MBUX system uses data from Here (my NTG5.5 does). You can see if it will generate a sensible route on their web app. HERE WeGo Near me there's a short local link road which was built over 25 years...

Had mine serviced two weeks ago by Mercedes Warrington and I wasn't charged for a loan car.

I have Live Traffic Information working without Internet in the car. The two are separate.

If you drop a pin in Google Maps, Apple Maps or HERE WeGo you can share it's location with the MercedesMe app which will then send it to the car.

If you don't find the wheels you want I've a set of 5 spoke, R17 8J ET48, Titanium Silver wheels (A212 401 0902) from my old W212 in good condition. They do have winter tyres on them but the tyres are 2009. I could do with the space so free if collected.

A long press on the volume roller (centre console or steering wheel) turns traffic announcements on and off.

Have you tried the second key? I had a key fob fail in this way.
