I think its beyond the don't start the engine time now, she has said already she has been trying to start it and it died whist driving. If it turns over fast then compression is gone, which I would expect she would have noticed whist trying to start it :)

Well the loom seems to fit and all the connectors seem the same, I don't know about the bracket as it appears to have been sold with the original car... Brabus did say it needs to set up to work with the w204 by them but like yourself and others can't think of why it wouldn't work, unless...

I guess so but if I break something whilst is connected surely it won't be fixed when I unplug it? All the plugs look like they will fit and AFAIK the engines are identical mechanically but I'm not sure on the ecu maps which are then altered by the box.

My dad has a brabus d6iii removed from an S class he sold a couple of years back and had forgot about it until I recently picked up a C320 cdi. I'm assuming the V6 320 cdi engines are all pretty much the same so what is the possiblity of this plugging into my car and working?
