oooo nooo I would loose the front skirt with some of the speed ramps around here. I have parkatronic on my C200 and on several of the speed ramps I go over set the thing off .

Cool I could never bring my self to ditch my palm device. I have seen the navigation addon for the Ipaq and must say that it's a very very nice bit of kit.

Yes I am thinking the same my car before this one was an avensis and that had a few more little spaces to put things. I do have a phone holder but there is no point in fitting it as the bluetooth will talk to the phone even if it's in the boot. The only thing I will have to find a home...

The din mounting was a double din unit for the w203 that I cut to fit (£19.00). No the can-bus is one that I got from a local supplier.
