Received the airbag recall today, spoke to my local Indy and they can't do it. Has to be a visit to the main dealer. Bit of a pain as we are 10 mins from a really good Indy. Mine is a 2011 auto 220cdi Blue efficiency.

Try a voltage drop test between ground points and Batt Neg terminal, 0v ideally, anything over .1v should be investigated. Poor contact, corrosion , loose or broken cable strands.

Take the struts to a garage that have the correct tool or a press, get them to change them , be a lot safer. Lot of energy in a compressed coil spring.

Pull the injectors and measure piston heights with a DTI gauge, compare with the other pistons. Will tell if a rod is bent.

As you say flood damage, I would suggest a compression check first, just in case it swallowed some water.
