    1989 300 C124 Breaking

Thanks for that link Neil but I've tried them. They dont have any services to collect from me and deliver to Malaysia. And hi Ultimate. Like I put in my message buddy, I've looked and looked but cannot find a delivery service that can deliver to you for a sensible cost.

    1989 300 C124 Breaking

Hi bud. Sorry for poor response, had a wee break away with the family before schools back here started up again and it's been manic at work! I will get round to pulling all the parts together and taking some pictures over the next few days. Not enough time in the day at the moment! Hope...

Thought I would PM you but I can't - perhaps you haven't made enough posts of something.... Perhaps instead of me sending you just the bits you have asked for, which due to size and weight are probably going to have to go on a pallet, why don't we fill up that pallet and you just take...

There seem to be a few companies who claim to take care of everything including customs but I'm guessing it won't be cheap. Let me see if I can get a quote. Where in Malaysia do you need the parts to go?

Hello. Would love to help you out. But how on earth do I ship to Malaysia! An old work mate of mine who was Malay used to send home all sorts but he would hire a container. You don't happen to have family/friends here in the UK who can help arrange shipment do do? I have no idea where to...

For brackets Paul i'd go direct to Mercedes. Would that SC be a Targa? Love a Targa! And I think i've changed my mind on selling. I unwrapped her after winter, sat in the car and instantly changed my mind lolz!

Great work Paul. Have you done anything with window seals? I still haven't gone back to mine, been building garage and fixing the Pug all winter

    W123 Coupe sacrilege

Indeed. There is a chap I found at the Classic Car Show last year that would make a mould from the OEM weather strips but it was only going to be economical if I ordered quite a few meters, more than one cars worth. If I can find him again perhaps there would be enough of us who need new ones...

Hi aaronmg. Be good if you could let me know how you get on with the seals. I'm after replacing the lot but they cost a fortune OEM so I've been looking for a company that can repro them. Update us with pics as you go along. Cheers, Pete

I would definitely have to up skill myself to do a full transplant for sure! What's the company in Ireland and Wales? I've looked at a good few but can't help to see more. If I really think about it I only need something with a 150mile or so range. It would be more the acceleration I'm...

I'd be very interested in your engine work, but why not a different engine? I've been toying with the idea of electrifying mine but costs are still too high for what you get IMHO. The other thing I keep going back to is putting an M112 or M113 in her. You can pick up old w220 S classes with the...
