No. I'm not even sure what it was. They had only had it a couple of weeks and when I went to recover their dog, it was the first time I had seen it.
You will not be surprised to hear the police were there. I'm sure they checked. They were great actually - even helped load my car up with my...
Evening all
I had a call from my parents on Sunday, who had been involved in an accident. They have a 2009 ish C class. A VW tourag had turned right. He was hidden from them by a campervan waiting for lights, and I suspect he did not see them also because of the campervan. They T-boned the...
Ours needs an awning rail resealing so is undercover at the moment.
First priority is a get the towbar fitting finished to get it home though!

Time does not half march on….
Domino is now nearly 9 and still very much part of the family.
His favourite thing is chasing stones on the beach, and as a next best thing a stick, the bigger the better.
He is very protective of the house and especially the car, but will modify his behaviour...
We have just had one of the rear lamp clusters changed after a collision with a digger.
The indicator is showing a fault and after an initial momentary attempt to light does not. All over lamps operate as normal and the cluster is adjusting with the red lights flashing as it the fault. Do...
I used one over lockdown (my employment enabled me to travel - hotels did not hence our workaround).
I am not a fan. It was quite nice to be able to just parkup. But to me the downside was the rattling from the plates, the cooker, the pans, the heater, etc... Total cacophony behind my back...
We've now got a S212 E350 diesel, and a Transit DCiV Sport 170 auto. Latter is 2.5 years old and having done 90k in it I am looking forward to a change soon.
Well it's been a blast. For the first time in 7 years I have no Range Rover on the drive.
I did 45,000 miles up to 145,000 in the last one. The worst and only significant bill was for £1300 for a plastic manifold that sits under lots of shit (technical term!).
In the end it was being used...
All looks good - I especially like the new tow vehicle.
We went out for the first time since last summer last weekend. Nice site on the beach, and for the first time my list of jobs has not got longer. I really do need to sort the soft floor out though. Not looking forward to that job at all.
That makes life bloody awkward. I would have imagined that they would have just a square of plywood behind to spread the load. rather than that frame layout.
Nice looking caravan, sorry to hear the problems but it’s not uncommon sadly.
My transit had similar issues with power. I had a word with the dealer and it took the installers ten minutes to add the loom on my driveway.
Hope you all managed to book some sites up!
Pretty much. My job involves inspecting telephone masts across the UK. Most hotels are closed, and while I the industry is classed as critical, hotels that are open are not particularly close to where I need to be often, and I'm not over excited to be in hotels...
This one is a hire vehicle...
It’s also blown my backup plan fii I f work.
I’m soon going to have to stop overnight travelling.
Much of my work is very rural so not high risk at all, assuming I can find safe overnight accommodation.

Yes. A few private sites still open, but I would not fancy it.
I need to move an Easter booking on the IoW to the summer.
Le Mans postponed to September too..
