OK, update after 1 year
1. intermittent bluetooth
2. iPhone not working as a media device. Kept getting stuck on "activating device"
Steps to resolve
1. Tried all family phones; multiple gen iPhones and android. None activating as media devices. Led me to feel it was a car problem...

Is EIS removal a simple DIY or will I need to get an independent involved?

This is a new policy on an additional car so will be 0 NCD.

At the end of they year do you earn a NCD like any other insurance? Therefore your free to move?
Does BB data get shared amongst different insurers?
