I think that the only way is to get hold of the microship within a Mercedes baby seat to deactivate it. I wouldn't though, £170 for the seat itself isn't cheap but what 's the price of safety after all. David

All fixed. A faulty pressure switch caused the aircon to malfunction. The receiver dryer was changed and it now works fine. Car is still for sale though.
