I bought it through 3rd party dealership but they are very good and nice people who work there. I'll be giving them a call tomorrow to let them know and call MBUK costumer services to get an update.
Yeah that's why I was suspicious of them asking for that money and then turn around say to me it's not covered. I will be definitely getting my finance team involved.

It's not just the prop shaft they said few others things needs changing I can't exactly recall what it was. Also I bought the car at a 3rd party dealership and for my consumer right was only for 30 days so I very much doubt the full refund.
