I replaced all three mounts, the gearbox one is the cheapest and if engine /gearbox being moving a lot because of failed engine mounts it would of put excess strain on that mount too.

engine mount failure on mine showed as distint vibration in reverse, you can open bonnet hold brake on and power forwards and backwards slightly and observe engine movement. i thought mine was going to come out of bay lol.

I agree with Op on this, when you follow someone down a slip road and when your going to enter highway at 35mph :wallbash: and you just want to join and match speed of other traffic it can be annoying. I have torque pity to not use it.

I agree but when looking at the tyre ratings which I now do I was amazed to see the top end tyre manufacturers tyre ratings are basically Pxxs poor and some mid range stuff having better ratings. Now i would of thought that the tyre ratings were checked and that you cant just chuck any sticker...

No, once stopped at bottom but still on a downward slope i engage it so don't have to keep foot on brake :)

Mine works downhill, use it all the time on slip-roads, god this car is making me soft cant even be bothered to keep brake pressed lol.

use manual and on highway at 70 note rpm in what you say is sixth gear. then do same in drive and note rpm at 70
