Property suffering some structural issues. Structural Engineer's report has suggested that window lintels need replacing with catnics. Also need helibars installing on all affected walls.
So it's not a DIY job. Need a decent contractor that comes recommended.

Ok just tried connecting my phone to usb port in my wife's GLE. It's a 2017 car. It has two usb ports and the symbol on port 2 is like that shown in a previous post (looks like a smartphone/tablet icon).
When connected to this port, the car didn't find any media on the phone.
I connected my phone to a USB port in the centre armrest and it sees the phone as a USB storage device.
But when I play spotify on the phone I don't get anything. The car just sees the phone as a dumb storage device.
I currently have a spotify account so when we get back I'll see if I can play tracks via spotify, with the phone connected to a USB port.
If that works ok then technically I'd get the same result with Tidal.
I just have this nagging doubt that my car doesn't support streaming audio via this...
I really can't remember what I have in my car. I've only had it a couple of weeks so trying to get to grips with it all.

I'm not near the car at the moment so unable to check.
Thanks for walking me through this.
Embarrassingly, I don't know if I have the media interface.
It's an early 2015 model so not sure it was available back then?
If it was an option for my car then it should have it as it's "fully loaded" (really hate that phrase as I always associate it with...
Thanks for the above responses guys but I'm still a little confused. Sorry
When using Tidal, what method do you use to connect to your car?
We all agree that Bluetooth is not the best way for quality audio.
You both mention using 4G. Are you saying you connect your phone to your car via...
The workshop manager at my local stealership said he hasn't done one of these in years so couldn't remember the procedure.
That suggests he's probably not done it on a W222. Maybe he has on a W221 which I believe is a completely different procedure.
I realise that rear entertainment and...
