Well removed all the ECU's and found the plugs had water in them? Not a clue how as it's in a sealed box? Add a big of silica gel for good measure... So refitted after opening all the ECU's and ensuring they were dry and it started...

Checked k40 relay seams fine!! Anymore ideas guys? Would the fan control mod stop it from starting?

if the auxiliary fan control unit had failed would it not allow the engine to start?

I unpluged the fan and nothing happend! ( not sure if it will allow the engine to start with this unplugged !) Also strange clicking from the ECU box!
