With the ‘new’ 2020 app I still get “One sensor inactive”... Some journeys are not recorded or updated also, it shows data from days ago. Possibly because I’m in a not very good mobile signal area? Frustrating to say the least. I give up.

At last mine seems to have settled down a bit. It now says the alarm is ‘partially armed’ or something like that. I’m going to rethink seriously when it’s time for renewal...

I’m still getting the alarm issue on both apps. Nothing has changed and I have done everything that Mercedes me have suggested. My dealer checked out the alarm whilst doing some updates and the alarm is fine...

Got that yesterday, but both the original app and the 2020 version still say my alarm is going off... it ain’t!!

Yes, both ‘broken’ for me too.

Similar issues with mine too. It shows that the alarm is off on the app - but it isn’t, it’s working fine. I’ve been in touch with Mercedes me through the app and am awaiting their next reply. It’s been escalated to tech support I’m told... Mine also has been ‘missing’ some of my drives in the app.

I’ve been trying to connect my A200 AMG Line to the internet via my iPhone mobile hotspot - without success. I can’t see anywhere on the MBUX that would allow me to connect to the phone. The phone is connected via Bluetooth and music and calls all work fine. Stumped! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
