Any reality check advice on purchasing a 2015 C63?

Do you have proof that C63 estate owners thrash their cars? I mean it’s easy to say flippantly but I’m genuinely interested if you’re being contentious or you have actual experience?

Well this is sounding more positive than expected. I’m used to 20mpg kicking about , I get 19 from the Z4 and 36 on a run so sounds similar.

Any reality check advice on purchasing a 2015 C63?

So some years back I had a 2015 C200 estate that I loved... apart from the engine and transmission. I let it go and kept my BMW Z4 35i. the Z4 is getting long in the tooth now and I’m considering my next step. going back to the C estate seems a good option but I’d have to have good...

C class; mobile phone volume issue

THIS Your phones volume is independent to that of the car. When talking on the phone set it’s volume to max and that will stay that way for Bluetooth calls. Then set the cars volume as required.

    Lost car...

I find that an odd approach if it’s the case. A) why not sell it back, a sale is a sale. B) optionally say it’s got to go to retail.

    Lost car...

They genuinely don’t know where the car is! Therefore don’t know who’s responsible for it to even explore any options.

    Lost car...

lol so a few days after the C class was taken away by BCA at the end of its agility plan I thought I wonder if I could buy it back at a lower price now? So I rang BCA, no knowledge of it. So I spoke with MBUK, no idea where it is, then MBFS, don’t keep records after BCA collect it, then BCA...

    Convince me...

So as you know, this has been something of an internal struggle. However in the end, the car that I own, and the cash saved has won out. Goodbye Mercedes, perhaps I’ll see you again one day.

I could keep both but the cost is less input into a pension, that’s the crux of it.

Yes as above, I’d sell the Z and have to add 7-8k to keep the C or hand back the C and spend 0 to keep the Z

Sell the Z and spend another 7-8k ?

Z would only cost for excess I’d pay under warranty whereas 7k to settle Merc then start up a warranty. Oh Lordy this is a dilemma.

    Convince me...

Well I’d keep the Merc but have it chipped for more power most likely. But then I’d most likely regret selling the Z. It’s the longest I’ve owned any car, but it’s getting less reliable now it’s ageing and it’s a very complex car.

    Convince me...

Due to the low miles I do both cars are petrol. Neither are efficient. But both have pluses and minuses. The amount of issues on the bmw even tho it’s cherished, due to its age, is starting to annoy me. But it will cost me a lot less to keep than the Merc as it’s already flatlined in depreciation.
