My spare key doesn't have any buttons, is't just a flat plate. My original key was a layout for 3 knobs but only 2 of them had a function (open/close) The third button was just a blank space with no logo on it so I don't think they've done wrong by giving me a 2 button key.

Well, I lost my normal key (1st picture) which had 2 buttons (not like in the picture). I went to the dealership to order a new key and i got the one in the second picture. I'm not having these problems with my spare key (1st picture).

Well, my first original key was like the first attachment, they gave me a new key (2nd attachment) and then this problem started. I wonder what the dealer will say when I tell them the problem isn't solved.

Isn't it weird that I have no trouble with the spare key? Also the dealership tested the console where you put the key in and said it was fine. They wanted to test this to be sure they didn't give me a key that wouldn't solve the problem.

Well i have the same trouble as some of you guys here. I'm able to turn the key, all the lights work, I wait till the pre heater (diesel) light goes out then turn the key to the right and nothing happens. This problem occurs 2 to 3 times a week and when it happens i need to try 2 to even 7 times...
