Hi all, A few days back I had my MOT done and the technician seen a oil leak in the front of the engine but he was unable to tell exactly where the lick is from. I decided to take the car to one Indy near me tho see what is going on. At first they thought that the leakage is from the rear...

I already checked all the cables and all the connections before I took the car to the specialist for diagnose.

Well... If it will the only option will be a new sensor fitted... I'm a bit worried that an independent specialists will mess around with the chair to fit the new sensor. :eek:

This morning when they put the tester on they also clear the error and so far today didn't come back up on the display What are the chances of being just a glitch and the problem not to show up again?

Do you think that the problem was cause because a heavy person was sitting in the passenger seat ? Last week someone over 100kg was sitting in the passenger seat, the problem started after.

They said that the part is round 40 pound and the labour is round 3 hours...

Just had the car tested on Star... It looks like the error is caused by the Occupancy Sensor. 72 £ = Star diagnose 375 £ = Sensor + labor Not a cheap fix
