    Solved - thanks chaps, I didn't need to lower and raise the window just raise it and hold the button for a couple of seconds and sorted. :)

If you want to use bluetooth to listen to music and you have the CD changer, the CD changer will play CD which have a max of 99 mp3s on them thats what ive done instead of messing around setting up...
