I've never used anything other than Meguiar's clay bar with Auto Glym quick detailer, as I find them pretty good. I normally clay bar and polish twice after the winter and then just wax after each weekly wash. I do 20,000 miles a year in a 13 year old car, so it's all about protection rather...

Exactly the same combination as I use on mine. Poor Boys Blackhole is great stuff at a good price. I use the blue Natty Paste because the "Almandine Black" colour on my car is more purple/blue than black.

They look great. Don't know what the beef is with the r172, I think they're great cars.

Nope. On a drive, but it needed doing at some point, and at least now I can maintain it with quick detailer or simple washes and waxes.
