hi i had a harman kardon system on my 2006 r class as it broke i bought a ntg2.5 hdd dvd comand. problem is every thing is working but no sound from the speakers, any body can help me to resolve please

recently my command in my 2006 r class stop working when i switched on, it off after 30 to 60 seconds and i open it and check the cooler fan inside it not look working and i checked also the power to the fan instead of having 12v i only having 3v. any one know how to resolve this please
