Just as an update I got my sunroof leak free! Quite an easy job in the end and no need to replace the rubber. Whichever idiot had siliconed the roof had filled the drains holes/sink! :wallbash: Disconnected the drain pipes and attached some hose pipe to a bucket then spent a couple of hours...

Sorry, didn't realise there had been updates in thread! Will take the cross bar down this weekend. I presume this is the one inside with the switch?

I still haven't tackled mine but with winter on its way I'm getting fed up with the car seat filling with water every time it rains! Does anyone have a photo of the drain pipes? I still can't find them......

I've just bought part number B66560108 to add aux-in on my Viano with NTG2 but not sure where the factory location is for the socket so I can mount it in the correct place. I've tried searching everywhere but to no avail :dk: Any idea's? Thanks!

Hi All, I'm looking for map files for the OM642 Viano 204BHP to do DPF and EGR delete along with performance increases. I'd be more than happy to pay a reputable person to modify my file send it back. Can anyone suggest any well known tuners that might be able help? Thanks, Rob

Have a read of this thread (same engine) CRD heavy engine smoke - JeepForum.com "Smoke is all gone and she purrs like a kitten. Looks like the culprit was a burned out Turbo Boost Actuator Servo(hard to find and had to replace whole turbo) Not sure why it burned out."

I have the exact same issue with a OM642 Viano I've recently bought. I'm thinking it's DPF related maybe stuck in a re-gen cycle but as I don't have Star it's difficult to fault find. The only similar issue I've read is on a Jeep forum were it turned out to be the control unit on the turbo...

Apologies for the thread hijack but seems I've got the same issue with mine (2007) drenching the the inside! :doh: I've had a good luck but can't actually see where it's coming through. A few questions.... Where are the drain holes? I've poured water over but doesn't appear to be draining...

Sorry for opening an old thread but I'm interested to know the location of the fuse and loom. My alternator has packed in ( I think) so would be a good to check while it's off :)

It just seems to be sitting to high at the rear. When manually lowered it sits right but as said goes back up again :( Do they all suffer from this? Hence your lowering kit?

Sorry, yes it's a 2007 model. The second link appears to be for a later model? I can't find any reference to the suspension anywhere.
