    Lowering on hold.

    Got my motor back today. Lowered 35mm all round on the original shockers and it looks spot on. Took it for a test drive over speed humps etc and no problems at all, drives just as smooth as ever, very happy.

    Whilst I have a few day's to think about this....are there any other parts I should be purchasing and replacing whilst the springs are being changed. I'm thinking along the lines of the rubber buffers or cups that I believe are fitted.

    Auto dropping out of gear !

    I have owned my Merc clk 240 (2004 W209) for 4 months. During this time I have found myself in the following position...whilst driving the car has lost gear. There is no shudder or jump just nothing on the accelerator. The car still shows as being in D (drive), it won't 'knock' up or down back...
