I have come across this issue regarding the SRS lamp n/w - after extensive testing I believe it was a relay in the front sam that provides power for the acc circuit

Take off the rear seat backing covers - and you will see the power cable that is for the tilt motor , trace it back where it goes under the swivel hinge and you will see it torn and shorting which has caused the fuse to pop. :thumb:

You'd be lucky to even get that door open . I have seen this before at the dealer and they are not wrong in saying that they have to cut open the door panel to gain access to the lock ect. It's a costly repair and in my opinion one that was going to happen anyway , it is just bad luck that it...
