Talking of issues and sorry if this has been done to death before now, even though the rather is warm in SE UK right now my battery is only showing 13/14 miles on full charge. Even today after a very warm night. Does this look like a problem that needs to be fixed or is it par for the course...

Have not bothered with a chargemaster or similar. This 13amp external socket was about £20 from screw fix and looks quite nice in stainless steel and includes a blue LED when switched on. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

If you stick to motorway speed limits and charge daily you should see that mpg without too much of a problem, in my limited experience of just 250 miles. Am currently running at 56mpg in that time but ran on electric for local journeys over the whole weekend, which skews the total somewhat...

Thanks guys that clears that up. On top of the £5000 grant it would have been far too much to expect more government assistance with the cost of electicity! Will weight up whether the 16amp is worth the extra over the standard 13amp socket. Ease of use may swing it in favour of the 16. J
