I'll click the re-circ tomorrow and update. Only changed the pollen filter about 3 months ago so it should not be clogged up already but I'll double check to confirm.

Guys, There's a massive drone noise coming from the cabin when the blower is on in the jeep. If I turn the fan speed down, the drone remains. If I turn AC on, the drone goes away. Really annoying. Anybody any experience with this?

Just to update this thread, as it was the motor causing problems, I had a local guy that does remapping/diagnostics etc have a look at the car. He was able to code out the function of the motor, and remap the jeep so not on Y have I got full,power back, but q little extra too! Total cost was...

Thanks Jay, but full power resumed just after I created this thread and the car has been fine until this weekend when all power has gone again. So I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get it sorted this time around. Just don't know whether to replace motor and risk same problems down...
