If you're used to GTR's and M6's I doubt you'll mind the same sharpness in a stock car - they built as luxury autobahn barges that can accelerate fast if need be. Throttle response is greatly improved with a map if you're wanting to go down that route

That's not entirely true; one in the states was quite publicly hydrolocked and written off after driving in heavy rain and I think there's been quite a few with issues after being mapped but not a lot over here in stock form have gone wrong.
