    So it did actually go higher pre regen it did go to .29 on Icarsoft bar reading and slightly higher so 290 millibar on hard throttle so definitely an increase on pressure pre regen - don’t know if that is blocked, regen is running fine like I say but it it literally every 50 miles

    No codes. The only code pre regen was related to DPF full, no other codes after I swapped the sensor. I don’t believe the dpf sensor reading is any different pre regen but I’ll check tomorrow when it does yet another regen !

    To get it to regen forced by Icarsoft has been impossible. However it is passively regenning on its own when it reaches 100% fill but that is daily, which is clearly an issue

    So 1 bar idle for exhaust back pressure B60 rising up to a max of around 4 when gunning it, this is right according to research I have done. Idle should be anywhere between.65 - 1.5 and 3.4-4 at 3000 rpm Happy to be told wrong though. The smoke on regen was when stationary so exhaust back...

    Remap will give best outputs. Lots of modern day remapping companies will return to stock for you as part of the purchase of the remap. DMS as an example will undo and remap as many times as required within their price

    Get yourself a good remap. I had my w204 c220 cdi amg aport remapped by DMS to 241 bhp. Expensive but worth every penny - it will depend on whether you have the bi turbo or single turbo version
