Oh, you're right. Maybe it has switched owners and the first ones paid attention and the last ones... just used junk tyres & co on it? By the way, is there any way to check MOT locations?

Thanks for pointing those out. You're right - I also thought it has been standing for some time (my first concern was the small signs of rust on the brake disks). I'm not sure tires failure on MOT are a big problem, but the suspension part might be. (should tires concern me, as a general thing?)...
