I don't want smooth,when i do a kickdown i want the full power right away. Anyway i still got access to my old clk since i sold it to a friend,so i will borrow it for a few hours,and do a test drive with a 320 aswell,so i can decide.

Both the CLKs and the bmw were automatics,and i am looking to get an auto this time aswell

Thanks for your answer,i have been asking myself the same question. I got the picture with the oil leak and etc,showed it to my mechanic and he is 90% certain that its not something bad .So i will take a shot.

A little update,i called the traders,they told me the oil "leak "is just from the lid from where you put the oil in ,can that cause big problems?

A little update. Seems like i can't fix the kompressor at all now,it just won't engage at all. The check engine light appeared also,i took a diagnostic test and it says its the o2 sensor. I ordered a new one and waiting for it to come in.hopefully the kompressor will work then. I read somewhere...

Thanks for your reply @John Jones Jr I managed to temporary fix the problem,opened the kompressor valve manually,started the car and accelerated a bit w/o the air filter connected. Works fine again,hopefully no more problems after this. Will keep updating.
