I had an E350 estate facelift with the adblue. Used to do 47mpg on a run 35 mpg around town. If you buy an estate make sure the rear air bags have been changed with a receipt.

Why has it done mega mileage? That engine is pretty much bullet proof good for 300.000 miles.

Just looked and Arnott are around £275 each. When I researched it Arnott were the top recommended. The price varies as Autodoc are a European company.

I found autodoc were cheaper when you ordered them through their app on my phone. I paid around £250 each two years ago and £100 to get them fitted. Its not a massive job.

The car never went back to Mercedes for the ECU "upgrade" to fix the diesel gate problem so it changes up nicely into 7th gear before 70mph.

E400d is a beast of a car. I remember reading a review of it somewhere and they said, "in the real world you don't need a car any faster than an E400d". If I had the choice it would be the 400d, surely it must be less stressed with all that torque.

Looks like its mapped to me, shouldn't they be about 420lb/ft torque?
