Just a slight vibration in any gear, and even then it's much less than the BMW 1-series I had previously which did vibrate a bit but that was probably due to the 3cylinder diesel engine.

I have a few month old C220d and it does vibrate a little bit but no more than any other car I've owned and certainly never seen it shaking excessively. If there is another garage nearby take it for a 2nd opinion. :)

On my C-Class if I plug my 7 Plus into one of the USB sockets then I can go to the corresponding media input in the audio 20 system and it will pick up any songs that are downloaded to my phone. It won't allow it to play songs through say Apple Music or Spotify.
