    C Class W205 250D - Tyres required on the rear

    Rear bridge stones lasted 15,000 miles (just). Switched to Michelin PS4 and so far grip better, slightly less noise and wearing quite well also (now up to 22,000 miles) down to 4-5mm. Not that I'm surprised, but discovered with the recent snow that summer tyres and rear wheel drive are useless...

    Excessive Tyre Wear W205 C-Class

    C250D on Tombstone S001 (worst tyres ever ! had these on my golf GTi also), just had first service today at 15,500 miles and rears down to 1.8&2.0mm. Probably par for the course on a mid-weight rear wheel drive car, on the golf they lasted about 30,000 woeful, poor cold traction, tramping...
