Hi guys, My replacement yaw rate sensor shows the same erratic values via diagnostics as the old one. Can you help me with diagnostic steps before I return it? How do I bench test the sensor? Thanks

C180 W203 2002 MY automatic saloon.

Cleaned the gearbox and etc harness. Replaced the esp module and lateral acceleration sensor and a yaw rate sensor has been ordered. Replaced the broken brake stop switch. Limp mode is gone. I also cleaned the maf and removed the alarm siren and replaced the blown fuse 8.

An esp module replacement fixed it. I found a q02 version for 40 gbp on eBay. I also bought a lateral acceleration sensor and the lateral acceleration value is steady. I am waiting for the yaw rate sensor also 36 gbp on eBay. The car is out of limp mode. Speedo is working.

It turns out to be the low to medium load breather. The hose was cracked and the valve came apart when I pulled on it. The bronze nozzles were blocked. I ordered silicone hoses and a valve.

Hi What's the function of the hose that goes from the lower crankcase to a t connection between the intake to cylinder 2 and 3? The bottom connection to the crankcase is leaking oil.

I have a w203 with 722.6 gearbox. Overfilled with oil. I'll drain and check in the next few days. The 13 pin connector was full of oil and I will check the tcm harness later.

Where can we find one? I tried google and eBay and the closest I can get is the USA. I'm looking at improvising from an unused hydraulic pipe or something. Mine was so brittle from the cam cover side.

Fuse 8 was broken and replacement popped the fuse immediately. It turned out to be a bad alarm siren. I removed the siren and put a new fuse in and the radio remote works.

Turns out my w203 only has wear sensors in front. I guess the break wear warning is caused by the missing rear left speed sensor. New sensor is on the way.
