Well the guy ay Euro Car Parts said they were made by the same manufacturer but without the MB star (but I guess they would say that anyway....). I can't say whether as quiet as OEM - but then anything's going to be quiter than what you've got now..... The only other suggestion is to get one...

Sym E230 Elegance-non folding. I imagine that its just your basic mirror. They do fold forward manually so there is the gap to allow access. I am looking for something that I can unclip/turn/push/pull/whatever to release and slide off the cover. Thanks Pinball
