After being pretty noisy for a very long time my automatic boot cover has stopped working. Has anyone experienced this and had it rectified. I can live with opening it manually but Mrs Vinylhead loves it as a feature and convenience. Is it an expensive fix plus awkward into the bargain ?

Any ideas on this. No problems below or above 1100 revs.

Getting tailgate open message coming up even though it is closed. Also the roller blind/cover is not closing/opening automatically. Any suggestions as to the causes?

I have a problem with my drivers door lock on my e320 estate '53. It's a bit of a lottery if it opens or not. Read previous posts regarding vacuum leaks or disconnections but it almost seems like the lock is receiving a power blast as the lock button rises and falls about 3 times at rapid speed...
