Thanks for the thorough post... I'm going to follow your advice.... at what point would you allow Sport + mode? Would it be okay after 200 miles, providing I keep the rpm low?

It would take me a few weeks, not days.

I'm not going to rag it, the only deviation from the breaking in instructions, will be putting it in Sport +. I will still try to keep below 4500 rpm for 1000 miles. I simply can't purchase a c63s coupe and put it in Comfort.

Sport + Gives the snap and crackle to the engine... Comfort is vanilla

I'm probably going to put it in Sport + from the word go and follow all the other instructions as best I can. No way am I Sedating the car in Comfort for 1000 miles, that's just ridiculous to me.

It's going to kill me not using Sport Plus mode for that long :)

Picking up my C6S Coupe in a few weeks, and I really want to throw it straight into Sport Plus and have fun. Is it necessary to have to break this car in or is this just a myth? If so, what are your recommendations and best practices? After how many miles can I initiate launch control etc? Cheers!

Getting my C63s Coupe on 6th Oct and Just seen the new S63/65 Coupe facelift, Which got me thinking... Does anybody reckon the new C63 Coupe will arrive in March 2018 or will it most likely be September 2018? Also, do we think the C63 range will adopt the Panamericana grille?

Thanks - what's your source if you don't mind me asking? March is early for the Coupe and late for the Sedan. I wonder what the resale value of my c63s Coupe will be around that time!
