My Sprinter headlights automatic mode isn’t working they just come on permanently and I get the bulb error light, side lights and main beam work fine no bulb lights anyone got any ideas ?

The garage have replaced the head gasket on my sprinter, yet it’s still pressurising the coolant. Head was pressure tested and crack tested and skimmed. Is there any other air/coolant contamination points on the om646 engine? They blanked the egr cooler etc no change or have they just buggered...

I have a sprinter and I had a leak where the rear heater is on one of the pipes. I fixed the leak topped up with coolant and no issues for a little while but now I keep getting the coolant light appearing. Could I of got an airlock ? I’ve checked for sludge in oil and oil in coolant can’t see...

After driving for 10minute sir so I get an audible tapping coming from underneath the vehicle I thought it was the brakes but have had all the sliders replaced. Has anyone had a propshaft tap as it were ? They look relatively new as well .

I get a vibration when in drive at idle on my sprinter. I don’t know what relevance it has but mercedes put a new exhaust brackets etc on it and the vibration dissapeared but has since re-appeared. Could it be a torque convertor issue or are sprinters with the 5 speed box prone to shaking at idle ?

any one got any idea what’s causing this leak ? Top right engine near the red battery terminal om646 2.2 4 pot

Hello guys/girls, I am hoping you can help I have a 515 Mercedes sprinter minicoach and it is occasionally kicking out putrid white smoke on idle, the oil level was also rising.. the garage says the dpf is not blocked but I've only had the problems since they replaced the catalytic convertor...
