Yup, as above but when i have my three sets done i just had them gutted then you dont have to worry about the whims of a mot tester or changing specs for mots.

Bigger Rubber on the C63s make a huge improvement, If you do it get wider wheels and as much rubber as you can, Lots of threads on it.

Best not remove them, Just gut them as there is mot changes coming and gutting means you cant see anything.

I would not buy another C63 unless it was from Merc themselves or Kenny Dunn, I have had four now with no problems at all but you can get a BIG bill if there is a problem.

Brush on silver heat resistant paint works a treat.

What tyres are you using? I have just removed my 285 / 30 / 20 Rear Conti sports 5s and put on Mpss 295 /30 /20 Rear and found the grip much improved, Certainly none of the problems you are having.

Nope, slight increase in sound perhaps, but stick with std and change them every two years ( unless you live in the desert that is )

I am pretty sure ( i asked merc today ) the seats have to be coded it as i am putting C63s race seats in to my C63 as it was specd with comfort seats.

An RS4 B8 ( the last one with the V8 ) is very very quick over tighter roads without a doubt, I was amazed how good it was, Yes you have to push it but its amazingly more nimble over a merc, Love My C63 though!!
