My wife has just extended the warranty on her c250d for £780 for 2 years which I think is really good value, especially when any of the sensor replacements would be in the region of £350 if needed I believe

I’ve had umbrellas, key rings (the Mercedes’ star ones), amg mug and a really decent hot/cold flask which was top quality, always seem to be very decent quality too

Once you press the ‘start recording’ it does say recording has started, I’m pretty sure there’s a red dot on the screen somewhere but I’ll check on that in the morning and report back😄

I’ve been using mine, the biggest disadvantage I can see is that have to activate before every journey, I’ve created a short cut for loop recording which is now a ‘2 touch’ process for activation. Quality recordings but no sound though. Can’t remember the dash cam I had fitted my daughters car...

OP, have you seen the the double click on the key to disable the keyless entry and therefore prevent the scanners working on the latest generation? You just have to remember to put the spare into a faraday pouch if it’s at home….also the latest ’keys’ will disable the keyless entry if they are...
