Is it just affecting add blue cars ??

I’ve a 2017 b class not worked from age of 1 , 45 thousand miles , sometimes works in summer sometimes it dosnt

Catch 22 , all I can do is change oil regularly and run on shell bp and hope for best until I change car probably next summer

Thanks for the reply, was thinking off selling because of these faults but was advised that non add blue diesel cars don’t suffer this fault
