    W204 C63 19in wheels.

Not the best of wheels if honest. Somewhat fragile on our pot hole infested roads. Best place to buy new is Germany still.

    Opinions of a GT63 4 door

I would still but a Panamera Turbo or a Bentley sadly. Another niche that doesn't need filling by M-B and AMG.

    DI Water Filter

I use one for the final rinse on my car with an open hose. Makes drying the car simple especially in direct sunlight or when the weather warms up. For the final dry I use a motorcycle blower. Glass comes out spot free and no drips from mirrors, handles, fuel filler door, around the wheel nuts...

    From BMW to Benz

I came from a BMW M5 to a Lexus to a C63, from a V10, to a V8 to another V8. The BMW M5 is quite a car, but the cost of ownership was shocking. the Lexus was completely different but alas the car lacked character and was just not something I was happy owning. The C63 is very different, yes it is...

    E63s advice

Securitywise Tracker is pretty good, just keep your keys safe at home. As for keeping the car looking good you have three choices. Lots of washing and waxing at home using decent shampoos, liquids, sprays, microfibres and hours of cleaning. Paying a detailer to come over and do this for you or...

Suggestions on removing 'ghosting' after dealer sticker removed...

Usually a glue remover is good, Isopropyl may remove it too. Clay isnt over aggressive and also tar remover. Leave it to dwell before removing.

    AMG Driving academy

The free one hour event isnt worth the effort. If you want to use their cars a longer period is reasonable but there are way better driving courses available across the UK, from track events through to stuff at MIRA and some excellent one on one instructors at Millbrook and elsewhere.

    2019 G Wagon Floor Mats

Alas the vehicle is too new for the aftermarket companies to manufacture accessories and even Kunzmann.de dont stock them yet. Main dealer only sadly, even in USA.

    Tracker or not to Tracker

I disagree. I have a tracker CAT 5 fitted and believe it will get my car back. Not all thieves are going to 'rag' it....joyriding went out o the window decades ago. This cars are stolen for parts, export or 'chopping'. A CAT 5 will allow the police to find your car sooner rather than later and...

    Moss removal on seals

A good APC (All Purpose Cleaner) mixd ten parts water to one part APC will remove it along with a brush as quoted. To stop it returning a good rubber protectant helps, but alas in the UK, damp weather is always your enemy.

How much time do you have away from Harefield?

    Watford

They are so, so. One of the service technicians left tools under the bonnet of my car last time I was there earlier this year! Yes they do the jobs, but are they mechanics no not really. More fitters than problem solvers. Big dealership, big costs and loads of cars outside but certainly not...

How many change to winter wheels and tyres?

I run the C63 on winter tyres from late Nov until mid March. Am Herts based and when wet, slippery or grimy they do make a difference especially when cornering and braking. Good for hill starts at junctions too. Mounted on their own wheels and they work very well. Dunlops I believe.

Hi, advice appreciated from any C63 W204 coupe owners

I have an HK system in my 2013 wagon. To me coming from a Lexus it is dreadful and would just change he speakers in the car to get a bette sound. The HK ones are NOT great quality. New ones fit very well behind the grills. LSD and I went with a DMS remap make all the difference.
