Hi, I am looking to buy an e class saloon with self park and adaptive cruise control, I know the buttons are located on the right of the steering wheel but not sure what buttons do what, I have seen some with just a p symbol, a steering wheel symbol and finally a car in between two lines,

update, found the front fuse box and no fuses blown so changed the light cluster but still no joy, any ideas would be appreciated

sorry its a 2003 e270cdi and no codes are coming up using odb2,it is going into indie to be chechked for rough running next week but i do have a spare 3rd lamp which i am going to try but wanted to confirm the fuse first before changing

my 3rd brake lamp has gone, it is not the wire in the boot lid as the other lights are working, i wanted to know where the fuse is located for it, i tried the fuse box in the boot and the dashboard but no joy, is there a fuse box in the engine bay...

just an update, went to dealer and they sold me the plug for £2 and each cable was £1.10 each so thank you for youre help

there is a number but it is not a mercedes part numer 52588 0 and it looks like its part of the whole engine wiring loom, what i might do is buy a second hand loom and just use the plug, save dismantling whole loom, but if you know where i can get plug and pins i would be very grateful

got engine light come up yesterday, when checked codes it had p0102 which points to maf, when i opened the engine bay i saw that one of the wires to the large plug on maf broken, it is right at the plug so no way to solder it, does anyone know part number to replace cable, it looks a big job as...

i just had new brake pads fitted to my w211 270cdi and my mechanic said that the bolts with the star heads that hold the caliper onto the caliper seat are very worn so i went to dealer beleiving they were quite cheap but was told they are only available with a brand new caliper , does anyone...

just checked loom and yes the brown wire was cut, put it back together and voila back to normal, many thanks
