Thank you all for your valuable advises, I finally found the problem source is a slightly out of round front left tyre, using spare tyre to test on all 4 corners one by one.

The humming is from front right ( driver side), checked both front caliper and brake pads no findings.

I thought about the borrowing wheel testing idea but I don't have friend with mercedes wheels .

Thanks for you input Keith, I have the rear wheel check and rebalanced 1000km ago, so this may rule out the out of round issue. Thinking if I have bad quality tyres, even though they are still considerable new.

I have my w212 headlight condensation issue recently, took it to the dealer, they fix straight away with the so called "fix kit", whcih they drill an opening on top of the LED housing and use a big plastic cap with sticking glue to seal the opening with a pack of " protective cowl sing"...

I was replacing the rear brake pads for my w212 2014 yesterday, while I found cracks on rear stabilizer bar bushing . Any other W212 owner having the some look of their stabilizer bar bushing, is this a crack or consider normal? Searched online parts with not luck, so I don't know if this is...

My 2015 E250 CDI does this too, it always fluctuates between 70-82 C for 20-25 mins before reaching 90 C from cold start, this is extensive long compare with other car that I ever had, but Mercedes said this is consider" Normal"....

Clean battery terminals, electricity conductivity plays important role during ignition.

Those <40C above should be replaced by <60C, sorry for the mistakes

Thanks DrNick, very detail explanation. Yesterday, I found that the coolant temp behaved normal again without fluctuation issues, I started the car from cold drove 3 min to pick up something and stop the engine for 2mins while waiting, the temp was just like <40C, then start the engine and go...
