Shaun Yes I purchased the warranty, touch wood I haven’t had to use it to date but couldn’t grumble at that price. It is for a 67 plate and do about 8k miles a year so not sure if that helps on the renewal prices. Thanks

I have been quoted £495 for 1 year or £950 for 2 years from Mercedes with the car coming up early in the new year. Which I think is reasonable.

Shaun Mercedes have found the issue with the starter battery apparently there are issues with the software which results in certain elements being left on even when the car is switched off. Therefore resulting in the drain on the battery. They updated the software and replaced the starter...

Shaun they should run all updates when doing the service, as well as any recall issues. I know I had one on the screws in the rear spoiler which they are replacing.

Those of you running Conti 860s what sizes are you running and where did you get them from can find 265/35 R20 for the fronts but can’t find any 295/30 R20 for the rears :(. If not may have to go for the Michelin Alpins, what are people’s thoughts on these? Thanks

If the dealer can’t get you into another car to compare might be easier to see if a member on here can let you have a ride. I’m midlands based and happy for you to compare, mines on 20’s still running Pirelli p zeros which it came with.

I wouldn’t say the ride in mine is harsh especially compared to the A45 I previously owned which you felt every bump in. Not running Michelin PS4S tyres though, the only issue I have is the tyre skipping now with the temperatures reducing. I have some winter tyres on order hopefully these won’t...
