    OM642 MAF Sensor

Apologies if this has appeared before (have done a few searches but nothing really relevant). I have an E320 W211 with the OM642 V6 diesel engine. Can the MAF sensors be changed in the Y shape piece? The whole part including sensors can be bought but as the sensors are easy enough to take out...

    and the there were 2

Having bought an E320 in November and loving every minute, the chance came up to add a second one for fun! Did some drawing work for Planning Application and taken this as payment, money can be earned but good cars are hard to come by. Needs a bit of fettling and a good clean but hard and soft...

    W211 rear parking sensors

Rigged them up on a spare bumper in the workshop to fully test it out prior to putting it in the car. The range is low but it was picking up everything in the way so I'm happy enough.

    W211 rear parking sensors

Owing to an oversight on my part my car does not have reverse sensors (assumption being the mother of all fudge ups I didn't check). Looked at all the options but thought start at the cheapest and work up. £10 (no you're not seeing things, a tenner) bought a stick on kit. Managed to get it in...

Hi, New car, new forum! Only had the car a week, still learning as it's the first MB I've had - E320 Sport in Indium Grey. Only just found this intro section but have had some replies to an initial post so feel welcome already. The car's great so will be on the forum for a while

Alloy wheels for Mercedes Vito 2009....any good? Link in description. .

You need wheels & tyres that are load rated to your van. The rolling radius needs to remain the same in order not to affect the Speedo. The 20's will give a harsh ride, 18's are a good compromise between looks and ride comfort. The 88y tyre rating on the second set is not suitable for your van -...

    W211 newbie issues

Apologies in advance, these are probably all issues that have been covered but I don't have the best attention span and the Comand manual is about to go out of the window. Car is a 2008 (July) W211 E320, sharkfin aerial on roof which from threads I have found says it might be a facelift. It...
